As long as the discount code was valid at the time of your purchase, you can have the difference refunded.

If your orders were identified as high risk by our fraud analysis tool. We will confirm if it's ordered by you. Once we do not get any reply in 7 business days, then your orders will be canceled and refunded. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us at support@Blessyes.com.

You can pay via credit card or PayPal at our store.

1. Log in to your website account. (Please kindly register an account if you don’t have one.)
2. Please choose the order you want to return on the “My Account” page.
3. Please click “Return Order”.
4. Please click “+create” to start a return request. Please select the product you need to return, the quantity, and the reason for the return and submit.
5. Please send the product to the address below and upload the tracking number. If the return is caused by product quality problems, we will review it and give the result within 1 working day.

3. Please click “Cancel Order”, select the reason, and confirm it.

*Please kindly note that cancellation of orders is only for unfulfilled orders.

4. Please enter your email address and get the verification code and then you will be able to update the shipping address.

Get your tracking number from the order detail or your email sent from BLESSYES.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Shipping times depend on the method you choose:

• Standard Shipping: This takes about 10-15 working days, price is free.
• Express Shipping: This takes 5-8 working days, price is 25$.

Please note: During the holiday season, deliveries may take longer.

We use express delivery services to ensure quick, safe delivery.
